If you're reading this, there's a good chance you've had your own "entrepreneurial seizure" at some point. This is what Michael Gerber describes in The E-Myth: Revisited where you decided that you MUST start your own business.
What Gerber goes on to explain is that most small businesses fail because of their inability to scale. This is because they don't have the right systems in place.
*Now, the ONE caveat I'd add to what Gerber proposes is that even if you build a Ferrari, you have to have the right people. If your team can't drive a stick and get that machine out of the garage, that fancy sports car is going nowhere.
